For Workers — How to Earn Money

Earning on GoJelly is simple and straightforward:

• Browse Available Jobs: Visit the Jobs section and filter by category — social media tasks, data entry, content creation, reviews, and more.
• Apply for Jobs: Click "Apply" on any job you qualify for. Read the full description and requirements carefully before applying.
• Complete the Task: Follow the job instructions exactly as described. Quality matters — incomplete or incorrect work may be rejected.
• Submit Your Proof: Upload screenshots, links, or any required evidence showing you completed the task.
• Get Paid: Once the job poster approves your work (or after 24 hours via auto-approval), funds are instantly credited to your GoJelly wallet.
• Withdraw Your Earnings: Transfer your balance to your Nigerian bank account anytime via the Withdraw section.

Auto-Approval Policy

If a job poster does not review your submitted proof within 24 hours, GoJelly automatically approves the proof and credits your wallet. This protects workers from delayed payments and ensures fair treatment for all users.

For Job Posters — How to Get Work Done

• Create a Job: Go to Dashboard → Create Job. Set the title, description, rate per task, quantity needed, and proof requirements.
• Fund Your Job: The total cost (rate × quantity) is deducted from your GoJelly wallet when the job goes live. Ensure your wallet is funded.
• Review Submissions: Workers will submit proof of completion. Review and approve or reject within 24 hours — unreviewed proofs are auto-approved.
• Job Completion: Once all vacancies are filled and approved, the job is marked complete.

Minimum & Maximum Requirements

• Minimum quantity per job: 1 task
• SMM panel orders: Minimum 10, Maximum 50,000
• Minimum withdrawal amount: As set in your withdrawal settings
• Task rate: Set by the job poster — must be a fair market rate

Commission Structure

GoJelly charges a platform commission on each completed task. This commission covers platform maintenance, escrow protection, payment processing, and 24/7 support. The commission percentage is set by the admin and displayed when you create a job. Workers receive the net amount after commission deduction.

Quality Standards

GoJelly expects all workers to submit genuine, honest proof of task completion. Fraudulent submissions, spam, or fake activity is a violation of our terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

Dispute Resolution

If a job poster rejects your proof unfairly, you can raise a dispute via the Appeal section on your dashboard. Our admin team will review both sides and make a fair final decision within 48–72 hours.

Account Suspension

Accounts found violating GoJelly's working policy — including submitting false proof, creating multiple accounts, or abusing the platform — will be permanently suspended without refund of balance.
