A10: The GoJelly Marketplace is a peer-to-peer section where users can buy and sell goods and services. Sellers can list items with photos, prices, and descriptions. Buyers can browse by category, negotiate via chat, and complete purchases safely within the platform's escrow system.

A9: Yes! Any registered user can post a job. Go to Dashboard → Create Job, set your title, description, rate per task, and quantity needed. Your wallet will be charged the total amount upfront (held in escrow). Workers will then apply and submit proof for your review.

A8: If you believe your proof was rejected unfairly, you can raise an appeal directly from your dashboard. Our admin team reviews both sides of the dispute and makes a fair decision within 48–72 hours. Always ensure your proof is clear and matches exactly what the job description asked for.

A7: Yes. GoJelly uses escrow protection for all job payments — the job poster's funds are held securely and only released when tasks are approved. We also use SSL encryption, 2FA security, and a full KYC verification system to protect all users on the platform.

A6: Go to Dashboard → Withdraw → Enter your Nigerian bank account details and the amount you wish to withdraw. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 business hours. You can also convert earnings to airtime directly from your dashboard.

A4: Once a job poster approves your task proof, your payment is instantly credited to your GoJelly wallet. If the job poster doesn't review your submission within 24 hours, it is automatically approved and you receive your payment. You can withdraw to your Nigerian bank account within 24–72 hours.
